The price listed is for the chalet per week Saturday - Saturday
Weekend & midweek breaks are available, subject to availability, April, May, September & October.

Conditions of Charges

No single sex groups under 21.
Any damaged items must be paid for or replaced like for like.  No Smoking inside the chalet please.
The owners will not be held responsible for any injury to any member of the party or any loss, damage or theft of
personal effects in the chalet or on the site.  Vehicles are parked and left at the owners risk.

A £50 non-refundable* deposit is required per booking, payable when booking.  The balance is due 6 weeks before your
holiday start date.  Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement only, and there is a charge £5 per let to cover the cost of
extra cleaning.  Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the site.  Bed linen is avaliable on request at a cost of
£20 per let.

We also require a £100 security deposit per let, refundable upon the chalet and contents being damage free.

*If you cancel your holiday we will try to re-let the chalet, if successful we will refund your deposit in full.
